OK, so maybe it’s a little early to be thinking about Christmas (unless you’re in retail). But … it’s never too early to be thinking about add-on businesses for your company.

Quite a few pest management companies offer Christmas decorating as an add-on business during the winter months. Not only is this a cool way to supplement your pest management income, it’s a very cool way to get your name in the paper.
