Video conferencing, although not new, seems to be gaining ground as a cost saving productivity enhancement for businesses that need to share information over large distances. In some cases it may be valuable, but if we get &quot;back to our roots&quot; and look at the most important factor in our businesses, how does video conferencing help our customers?

Is it more valuable to your business to be a part of the newest technological trend, or to invest in quality customer care and satisfaction?</description>
